Export Content in Word,HTML,TXT Format

Currently, I bulk export to WordPress (as an intermediary) and then I import those posts to Joomla as HTML articles and separately move the WP images over to Joomla on the same server.
I'd much prefer to have a generic bulk generator option (that can be used for most any kind of CMS) where I can dispense with going through WordPress and just download the bulk generated HTML pages and images and import those directly into our website.
It would be nice to be able to define in the HTML pages our own server directory where each image for a post will be placed on our own server: (https://domain.com/image-path-directory/filename).
My first choice would be that I could do so for each row in a column of the bulk generator.
My second choice would be a single template image directory setting in the bulk generator. Or, better yet, set the 2nd choice but allow the first choice column to override it.

As long as one can download each group of articles in clean HTML with the image links already defined in the article (hopefully via an Excel bulk article spreadsheet), it would be possible to import them into many non-WordPress sites, pretty easily. We currently only use WordPress as an intermediary site and then export every 100 posts over to our Joomla site which has over 3.2 million pages. There is no way WordPress can handle that. This method would open this all up to much larger sites -- any site that has an import function for widely accepted import formats.
