Fix faqs to address people also ask questions from serp

The faqs section created now is a rehash of the existing sections and that’s just silly since the whole point of faqs section is to address unused keywords. Also Neuronwriter has this feature of adding a faq section with unused keywords. Bringing it upto parity would be great. So two things.
