Many other AI writers have an option for picking the kind of output. Content can come in many forms, after all. For instance, General Information, Sales Copy, Reviews, etc. I realize SEO Writing cannot be all things to all people, but I do think having the option to pick the kind of article would help a lot.
For example, I tried to have SEOW write a Small-size biographical piece of a famous individual. Let's just say the results weren't very good! I suspect this had something to do with the fact that the tool is not geared for this kind of output.
Anyway, if you were able to pick the kind of article up front, I think it would go a long way towards solving a host of issues on the platform. My two cents, anyway.
Finally, this goes to another issue I see with SEOW: repetition. I mean, I don't need the output to tell me exactly the same information, phrased slightly differently, in five different places in the article!
Further, I've noticed that when the AI has run out of ideas, but needs to reach a certain word minimum, it just starts repeating itself and throws in a lot of "fluff and filler"—much of it just plain ol' bad. This is not good on two levels: 1) it will hurt rankings, if not now then in the future, and 2) I end up having to go in and do extensive manual editing.
I don't know exactly how you'd fix these issues, but I do think an already solid tool would only be that much better for it. Personally, I would rather see SEOW deliver a shorter, tighter piece of content than a longer, looser, repetitive one every time.
NOTE: My apologies if my concerns here have been voiced elsewhere.
